Performance Monitoring is a service designed to provide a proactive approach to systems management and diagnostics.
Our system will collect performance data, statistics and error logs and alert us if there is a problem. We will then process the data and determine what the issue is and notify the customer contact in regards to the issue at hand.
With performance monitoring, we can see if a device is approaching hardware or software thresholds and notify the customer before a problem occurs.
For example, based on data, we can estimate when your server will run out of hard drive space in advance. This allows you to plan a solution instead rushing to troubleshoot when your server is suddenly out of space.
